This is a famous story and has been replicated many times including the cult favorite Army of Darkness and really uses some great ideas from the simple idea of growing and shrinking!
Gulliver The Resizing Mod for Minecraft 1.6.4 and 1.6.2 - Have you ever ever watched a film a few group of researchers and analysis chemical substances, a few of which have the power to vary the scale of objects and creatures that may be bigger than and smaller than the unique or not? Clay Soldiers Mod 1.7.10. Pack(needed for all mods) 1.7.10: Gulliver's mod 1.6.4(need Minecraft Forge 1.6.4).

You can transform yourself and even mobs, creating a much different feel to fighting the deadly mobs, making them stronger when much larger! You can also use slime and paper to fly and climb walls, making even more awesome features to get around the new world perspective.
Installation Instructions (without Modinstaller) Forge Mods • Open the new launcher and make sure the version of Minecraft the mod requires is already installed. • Download the compatible to your Minecraft version • Install the Minecraft Forge using the Auto-Installer • Download the Mod ' in the right column Forge here • Click 'Edit Profile' in the Minecraft launcher, then open the game directory • Extract the downloaded zip file directly in the first game directory folder • Select the new profile 'Forge' and the Minecraft version e.g. • Login and play as normal. Modloader Mods • Open the new launcher and make sure the version of Minecraft the mod requires is already installed. • Click 'Edit Profile' in the launcher, then open the game directory • Go into the subfolder 'versions'. • Rename the folder for the version you require to something else.
In this example, rename '1.7.10' to '1.7.10_Mods'. • Open the '1.7.10_Mods' folder. • Rename '1.7.10.jar' to '1.7.10_Mods.jar'. 
• Rename '1.7.10.json' to '1.7.10_Mods.json'.
• Open '1.7.10_Mods.json' with a text editor and replace 'id':'1.7.10' with 'id':'1.7.10_Mods', save the file and close it. • Open the class files from the mod with an archiver (7-Zip) and copy-paste the files into 1.7.10_Mods.jar. Do not close the archiver yet. • Delete META-INF and close the archiver.
• Start the Minecraft launcher. • Click on 'Edit Profile' • In 'Use Version', select '1.7.10_Mods'. • Click Save Profile.
• Login and play as normal.

No more falling straight down the instant you stop moving! • Plants will now help break your fall when tiny! • Tweaks to Bat riding! Opening Little Block 1.6.2 worlds in 1.6.4 may cause blocks in Little Block areas to disappear, especially Chests, Furnaces and other 'Tile Entity'-based blocks.
Backup your world, then remove all 'Little' Chests etc. And their contents before using 1.6.4! If playing with Gulliver Forged 0.14.2 for Minecraft 1.6.2, you'll need to download the older MC 1.6.2 versions of Little Blocks and SlimevoidLib, specifically.
