You're entitled to use ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303) with your supplied dongle and PAF Licence file ( HEL92-01P.paf). Please ensure that your PAF Licence file ( HEL92-01P.paf) is in each of the following locations on your computer, replacing any instance of a PAF Licence file (*.paf) already in them: C: Program Files Common Files Delcam C: Program Files (x86) Common Files Delcam (if you are installing ArtCAM Express on a 64-bit computer only). C: dcam config pass (you will need to create this path manually). After checking that the PAF Licence file ( HEL92-01P.paf) is in all of the locations mentioned and that your USB dongle is connected, please start ArtCAM Express, select the Help > About ArtCAM Express menu option, and check that it reads ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303).
If it does not read ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303), please follow these steps: • Start ArtCAM Express. • In ArtCAM Express, select the Help > Check for ArtCAM Express Updates > Software Updates menu option. The Autodesk Customer Downloads Centre is displayed in a new browser window. • Click the ArtCAM link in the site's left column to display the customer downloads for ArtCAM. • Click the ArtCAM 2013 – Full Install link to download the ArtCAM_2013.303.Full.zip file.
• Shut down ArtCAM Express. • Extract the downloaded ArtCAM_2013.303.Full.zip file on your computer using.
